For an SMB without internal technical resources, a consultant is needed to get started — after which the workflows run on their own.
Make.com — visual power in the cloud

- 1.800+ integrazioni: the broadest catalog among the three platforms, with native connectors for European tools like Fatture in Cloud, Aruba PEC, and TeamSystem.
- Data residency EU: European servers are available even on the base plan, a plus for GDPR compliance.

Limiti from considerare: no self-hosting, so your data always passes through Make's servers. There is no “best” platform in absolute terms. There is the right one for your context. Here are three real scenarios I run into every week with my clients.
